§ 112. Mr. Chetwyndasked the Minister of Works whether he will reduce the amount of licence-free building work and thereby provide additional labour for the building of new houses.
§ Mr. Eccles:No. I do not consider that such a reduction would make any appreciable difference to the building of new houses or would justify the extra work on staff and burden on the public.
