Mr. Fenner Brockwayasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether his attention has been drawn to the statement in Moscow, a copy of which has been sent him, that negotiation is the only way out of the existing world situation; and whether he will take steps to bring about such negotiation as soon as possible.
§ Mr. NuttingAs has frequently been stated in the past, His Majesty's Government are always prepared to enter into negotiations if there is a real likelihood of useful results being achieved.
