§ Mr. M. MacMillanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he is in a position to make any statement in regard to the representations made by Scottish farmers on the subject of an assured market for oats.
Mr. McNeilYes. I am glad to say that the Government have agreed that all cereals should be treated alike in this matter. A statement to this effect will be included in the White Paper on the Annual Review and Fixing of Farm Prices, 1951, which is shortly to be issued.
