§ 53. Mr. Braineasked the Minister of Agriculture when a decision will be given 245W in respect of land belonging to Mr. T. F. Ford, Ford's Retreat, Runwell, near Wickford, Essex, which it is proposed to acquire compulsorily under Section 85 of the Agriculture Act, 1947.
Mr. T. WilliamsI am unable to say when a final decision will be reached in this case. Representations from the owners are under consideration, and if it is decided to proceed with purchase, they will have the right to appeal to the Agricultural Land Tribunal.
