§ Mr. StokesI have been asked to reply. Forty-two artists and sculptors who have done works for the South Bank Exhibition have received invitations for the opening day. None of these works will be passed close enough by Their Majesties in the course of their tour to make appropriate the arrangements suggested in the latter part of the Question.
