§ Mr. de FreitasRefusals of leave to land on the ground that the alien's sole purpose in coming to the United Kingdom was to get free medical treatment are not specially noted and my right hon. Friend does not think the labour involved in obtaining the information asked for would be justified. The experience of the responsible officers at our ports does not suggest that any considerable number of aliens come here solely in order to get free treatment.
