Mr. Charles Ian Orr-Ewingasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the growing shortage of drugs containing sulphur and of certain medical supplies, such as cotton wool, bandages, gauze and lint, he will ask all doctors engaged in providing general medical services under the National Health Service Act, 1946, to exercise all possible economy in prescribing these items.
