§ 106. Mr. Keyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is aware of the fact that the fees chargeable for certificates of naturalisation were last fixed in 1920; and what consideration he has given to increasing them.
§ Mr. EdeIt has been decided that for a certificate granted on an application made by an alien after 1st April the fee charged will be £15 instead of £10 and that £2 instead of £1 will be payable on the submission of the application. Corresponding charges will be made in the fees chargeable for the naturalisation of British protected persons.
