asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what progress has been made at the Deputy Ministers Conference in Paris towards arriving at an agreed agenda for the proposed Four-Power Conference.

Negotiations in Paris are still proceeding and I do not wish to make any comment at the present stage.
