§ Mr. Donnerasked the Lord President of the Council if he is aware that applicants for tickets for the Toscanini concerts at the Royal Festival Hall were informed by letter whether successful or not in the ballot for such tickets approximately a week after the announcement that Toscanini would not visit this country to conduct; and what steps he proposes to take to prevent a repetition of incidents, which do not augment the prestige of the Festival.
