asked the Minister of Food if he will consider the practicability of issuing occasional bonuses of tea on the monthly ration.

I am afraid that the supplies available are not at present enough to allow this. But if, as I hope, our tea supplies get better, my right hon. Friend would want first to use them to increase the general ration, rather than to give occasional bonuses.
