asked the Minister of Agriculture if he is now able to relax the restrictions on the allocation of feedingstuffs for those wishing to set up poultry farms.

I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Dorset, North (Mr. Crouch) on 8th February. I regret that I am not at present in a position to increase or extend the rations for poultry.
