§ 77. Mr. Hurdasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will obtain information that will enable him to publish a statement showing the number of prosecutions for sheep worrying by dogs that have come before magistrates' courts in England and Wales during the past year and the penalties imposed.
§ Mr. Ede:I have consulted my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture who is of the opinion that the value of the results which would be obtained from collecting such information would not be commensurate with the labour involved.
