Colonel Crosthwaite-Eyreasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what irrevocable instructions in a form satisfactory to His Majesty's Government as provided for in Article 13 of the Anglo-Polish Trade and Financial Agreement, 1949, were 116W given by the Polish Government to ensure payments due to this country under Articles 15 and 17 of the same agreement.
