58. Colonel Crosthwaite-Eyre

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what irrevocable instructions in a form satisfactory to His Majesty's Government as provided for in Article 13 of the Anglo-Polish Trade and Financial Agreement, 1949, were given by the Polish Government to ensure payments due to this country under Articles 15 and 17 of the same agreement.

The National Bank of Poland instructed the Bank of England to transfer forthwith to the Public Trustee all sums received for the credit of the National Bank's No. 3 Account.
