§ 90. Mr. Jannerasked the Minister of Local Government and Planning whether he is aware that new blocks of flats are still being erected without central heating being installed; whether, in view of the need for maximum fuel efficiency, he will review the situation; and what steps can be taken to ensure that such arrangements are always insisted upon when authorisation is given for the erection of blocks of flats.
