§ 107. Mr. Donnerasked the Minister of Transport whether his attention has been drawn to the grave consequences of the continuing delays experienced in loading and discharging ships at British ports of call, resulting in more ships than formerly being required to carry the same volume of cargo in a year; and whether he will now initiate discussions, or take other steps to improve upon this state of affairs.
