§ 60. Mr. Reevesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has any proposals to make to ensure that an elector, when left off the register owing to the fault of the registration department of a local authority, is not deprived of his right to exercise the franchise.
§ Mr. EdeThe law does not provide for correcting the register after publication in such cases, and I do not propose to introduce amending legislation.
