Canterbury £85,000 each Grimsby Salisbury Swindon Poole and Bournemouth District Guildford Experimental Slaughter house Sunderland £160,000 Bolton, Leigh and Wigan District £160,000 Fareham Experimental Slaughter house £190,000 These slaughterhouses will be built and owned by the Ministry of Works, but my Department will be responsible for the slaughtering arrangements. I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave on 4th June to the hon. Member for Aberdeenshire, West (Mr. Spence), about the capacity of these slaughterhouses.
