§ Mr. A. HendersonYes. I have seen the remarks of the Committee about the control of public funds held by the Service Departments. So far as the Air Ministry is concerned, the procedure for the control of such funds has proved generally effective and any misappropriation which may occur is investigated 129W as a matter of course, in order to determine whether the existing regulations are water tight and, if not, whether there is any direction in which they could with advantage be altered.
