Hyndasked the Minister of Local Government and Planning, what further steps he is taking to encourage local authorities to collect more waste paper; and, in view of the threats in certain cases made by the district auditor to disallow the amount of bonus that may be paid to men engaged on this work, if he will give an assurance that he will not surcharge local authorities for any such disallowed amounts.
