§ 49. Sir H. Lucas-Toothasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer why a married woman who becomes 60 years of age before her husband becomes 65 years of age is not entitled to immediate repayment of any part of the post-war credit certificates in respect of income part of which was earned by her, unless an application for separate apportionment was made within three months of the date of each such certificate.
