§ 90. Mr. Oliverasked the Minister of National Insurance whether she will take steps to amend Regulation 3 under Section 17 (1, c) of the National Insurance Act, which has the effect of disqualifying a widow of a second marriage from drawing a widow's pension, on the grounds that the second marriage subsisted for less than 10 years notwithstanding the length of the first marriage.
