§ Mr. BlenkinsopThe number of mental Defectives in the community and in institutions in the Birmingham Regional Hospital Area who are under 16 is about 2,100. The position in institutions and on the waiting list has not changed materially since my right hon. Friend's reply to my hon. Friend's question on 3rd July.
