Spensasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations what steps have been or are proposed to be taken to inform pensioners of the Government 99W of India, both those resident in the United Kingdom and elsewhere, whose pensions may be subject to deduction of income tax by the Government of India, of the scheme of compensation already announced.
