§ Mr. RobensThe coal-mining industry and certain other industries, but not at present the railways, have special arrangements under which Italian workers are recruited. I will, in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Colonies, consider again whether there is scope for suggesting that any industry might also recruit from Malta.
