110. Air Commodore Harveyasked the Minister of Local Government and Planning what progress has been made on the Hug Bridge water scheme; and if he will give an assurance that the scheme is so planned as to be sufficient to meet future needs.

The borough council, who are responsible for the scheme, are satisfied that it will achieve their purpose, and so is my right hon. Friend.
