§ 103. Mr. Hopkinsonasked the Secretary of State for War what representations he has received from the Transport and General Workers' Union concerning the rates of pay of employees at No. 3 Supply Reserve Depot, Taunton; and what steps he proposes to take in regard to the present minimum wage rate of the employees of this depot.
§ Mr. StracheyAn instruction authorising certain increases of pay was issued by the War Office on 25th June. There was some delay before the increase was paid to the employees at No. 3 Supply Reserve Depot, Taunton, and I regret that it should have been necessary for the Transport and General Workers' Union to make representations to the Department.
