Lieut. - Commander Braithwaiteasked the Minister of Local Government and Planning whether he will now consent to tenants of the Bristol City Council purchasing the houses which they at present occupy subject to a proviso that if the purchaser desires to dispose of the property within a period of five years, it shall first be offered to the local authority at a figure not exceeding the purchase price.
