§ Mr. Baldockasked the Secretary of State for War whether he will improve the publicity arrangements for Territorial Army recruiting and withdraw the advertisement which appeared in the "Leicester Advertiser" on Saturday, 16th June, depicting strap-hangers in an underground train, which is inapplicable in this county.
§ Mr. StracheyI do not think it would be possible to improve these arrangements to any extent without spending more money on them than is available. The answer to the last part of the Question is "No."
