Mr. Marplesasked the Minister of Local Government and Planning what proportion of houses of one bedroom, two bedrooms, three bedrooms and more than three bedrooms have been found to be needed in the nation's housing programme as a result of the investigations carried out by his Department's research section.
§ Mr. DaltonI would refer the hon. Member to my replies to his Questions on 19th June. No national proportions would have much local meaning. Each local authority must settle their proportion in the light of local circumstances.
