§ Mr. IsaacsApproximately 215,000 are in receipt of pensions at the 30 per cent. or 20 per cent, disablement rate and 25,700 weekly allowances for disablement of less than 20 per cent. Of these, approximately 6,000 are receiving an allowance for lowered standard of occupation.
