§ Mr. Ernest DaviesNone. The use of C.D. plates is not officially recognised or authorised in this country. As to whether steps should be taken to control it, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department to the hon. Member for Chichester (Mr. Joynson-Hicks) on 3rd November, 1949, of which I am sending him a copy.
