Mr. Powellasked the President of the Board of Trade why, on 18th January, a parcel, of which particulars have been sent to him, and which on the same day was returned to the sender by His Majesty's Customs and Excise Parcel Post Depot, was accepted by his Department's Export Licensing Branch for dispatch to Canada.
