§ The Prime MinisterThe arrangements made by the Cabinet for the discharge of its collective responsibility are matters for the Cabinet itself, and it is not customary to disclose the membership of Cabinet committees. I see no reason to make an exception from this practice in the case of the Committee on Leasehold Reform.
