Friend the Secretary of State for the Colonies and I have recently published a White Paper which gives a complete outline of all the facts relating to the groundnuts scheme.72W I cannot, at this stage, add to that statement. But there will be full opportunity for discussing the question when the proposed legislation to amend the Overseas Resources Development Act is debated—as it will be in due course—in the House.
