§ Mr. GaitskellThe total allocation of Marshall Aid to the United Kingdom amounts to $2,694.3 million. Of this we have agreed to repay as loan $336.9 million, and the balance of $2,357.4 million is free grant, including conditional aid, amounting to $530.5 million.
