§ Mr. BottomleyThe present output of sulphuric acid from anhydrite is approximately 100,000 tons a year. I understand proposals are well advanced for the erection of a new plant on a co-operative basis. The Government hope that this and other anhydrite schemes will be proceeded with as rapidly as possible and they are ready to afford every reasonable assistance to them.
