asked the Attorney-General how many applications for legal aid have been made since the commencement of the scheme; and how many have been considered by the certifying committees.

The Attorney-General

From the commencement of the scheme to 31st January, 25,246 applications for legal aid had been received, of which 15,015 had been considered by certifying committees.
