§ 57. Mr. Bartleyasked the Minister of Agriculture if he is aware that many acres of agricultural land have gone out of use owing to coalmining subsidence damage in the cases of farms where the tenancy agreements exclude claims against the National Coal Board for crop damages; and what steps he proposes to take to enable farmers to bring such land back into production.
