Mr. Mikardoasked the Minister of Local Government and Planning whether, before sanctioning a loan to the Peterborough Joint Education Board to cover a supplementary payment to the contractors to the Arthur Mellows Village College, he satisfied himself that the Peterborough Joint Education Board were liable for that additional payment.
