§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerThe principles upon which the allocations of coal to industry will be made this summer will be those stated by my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Secretary on Monday last in answer to Questions by the hon. Member and the hon. Member for Woking (Mr. Watkinson). It is not yet possible to state what those allocations will amount to in terms of tonnage.
