§ Mr. Awberyasked the Minister of Local Government and Planning if he will speed up the payment of compensation to those people whose property was destroyed by enemy action 10 years ago, the ground being subsequently compulsorily acquired, in view of the loss of business which they have suffered and the long time which has elapsed.
