§ Dr. SummerskillUp to the end of January, 5,650 claimants had appealed to the local tribunals against disallowances of unemployment benefit under the Seasonal Workers Regulations, 1950. Three thousand, seven hundred and sixty appeals had been decided by tribunals, 1,120 being allowed. The number of claims rejected in the first instance by the statutory authorities is not known.
