§ Mr. BarnesI am not aware that congestion or serious dissatisfaction has been caused by the parking of buses in the lower part of Exhibition Road. As no satisfactory alternative stand for these buses can be found in the locality, I am considering the appointment of an alternative street parking place for the private cars which have been displaced.
