Mr. McNeilA survey of overcrowding in Scotland was carried out in 1935. This disclosed a need for 46,633 additional houses in Glasgow, 11,155 in Edinburgh, 5,367 in Aberdeen and 7,552 in Dundee, to relieve overcrowding then existing.
