94. Mr. Macdonaldasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will give an assurance that no further constitutional changes will be undertaken in East Africa until the African, Asian and European peoples living in those territories have been fully consulted.
§ Mr. J. GriffithsI would refer the hon. Member to the statement on East Africa which I made in the House on 13th December.
