Mr. Shurmerasked the Secretary of State for War if his attention has been called to a speech made recently at the Slough Rotary Club by a member of the Army Mobile Information Unit, to the effect that bombs dropped on this country would improve recruitment for the Territorials and that it would be beneficial to frighten the women of this country; and what action he proposes to take against the speaker.
