ThorneycroftIncluding an apportionment of the cost of site acquisition, roads and other external works forming part of more general contracts, the amount of public money spent on the two Grenfell factories at Llwynypia totalled almost exactly £100,000 and on the two Grenfell factories at Ferndale approximately £115,500. Of the later amount some £4,000 for tenants' extras is recoverable.
