asked the Minister of Works if he will arrange that when the temporary windows in the Central Lobby are replaced, they will contain the arms of Parliamentary boroughs not represented in the windows of St. Stephen's Hall; and, in particular, that the arms of the Borough of Accrington will be included.

The windows in the Central Lobby are not temporary and it is not, therefore, proposed to replace them.
