As regards the first part of the Question I would refer to the reply which my hon. Friend gave to the hon. Member for Hammersmith, South (Mr. W. T. Williams) on 27th November. As regards the second part, it would be contrary to invariable practice to disclose the response of individual categories of subscribers to Government issues.
